The role of pulse jet valves in bag filters: The cleaning process of the bag filter is to cut off the clean air outlet duct of the chamber, so that the bag of the room is in a state of no airflow (the compartment is shut off and cleaned). Then, the pulse jet valve is opened and the pulsed air is cleaned by the compressed air. The closing time of the shut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust peeled off from the filter bag after the spray is settled to the ash hopper, and the dust is prevented from being separated from the air bag after being separated from the surface of the filter bag. The phenomenon of the adjacent filter bag surface makes the filter bag clear, and the exhaust valve, pulse jet valve and ash discharge valve are fully controlled by the programmable controller.
